- Timeframe: You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your order.
- Change of mind: Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Refunds: The refund amount will be the price paid for the item after any discounts. Gift card purchases will be refunded via store credit.
- Faulty item: If an item is faulty, you can contact Grovya Organics with a description and a photo to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Condition: The product must be returned in perfect, resalable condition, in its original packaging, and with its seal unbroken. Items that are unsealed, soiled, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Defective product: If you receive a defective product, email customer service with your order number and a photo of the defect for compensation.
